1: Delivery is considered as closest point to delivery address which is accessible by truck.
2: All firewood is delivered on tipping trucks and is tipped from the truck.
3: Whilst all efforts to deliver firewood to desired
location this will be at the sole discretion of the delivery driver. |
4: Delivery timeframes are usually 1 - 5 Business days after
cleared payments.
5: A confirmation of order will be made within 2 Business
days.
6: Should Betta Burn Firewood not be able to fulfil the
order for any reason we will contact the
customer within 2 business days to make alternative
arrangements. |

1: The customer reserves to right to reject delivery of
order prior to being loaded.
( Approx 2 hrs before delivery ).
2: Should the delivery of firewood be rejected after
loading, then the delivery charges do apply.
3: Once delivery of firewood is delivered and tipped then No
Refund Policy applies. |
